Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 10-14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, unless otherwise noted.

Many Selah Sacred™ products are handcrafted in small batches, which means additional processing time may be required during high-volume seasons, pre-orders, or special launches.

If your order includes a pre-order or made-to-order item, processing times will be clearly stated on the product page.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Rates may vary for larger or bundled orders due to packaging requirements.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship primarily via USPS and UPS. Carrier selection is based on order size, destination, and efficiency.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Selah Sacred™ is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Peak shipping seasons

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Selah Sacred™ is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect address information.

If a package is returned to us due to address issues, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Selah Sacred™ is not responsible for loss or theft.

If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members or neighbors

  • Contacting the carrier directly

We are happy to assist where possible, but replacement is not guaranteed.

Local Pickup / Local Delivery (If Applicable)

If your order is marked for local pickup or local delivery, you will receive follow-up communication with instructions and scheduling details.

International Shipping

At this time, Selah Sacred™ ships within the United States only, unless otherwise stated.
