Refund & Return Policy

At Selah Sacred™, every item is created with intention, care, and prayerful attention. Because many of our products are handcrafted and personal in nature, we ask that you review our policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final on Personal Care Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Candles

  • Body oils

  • Body butters

  • Body scrubs

  • Soaps

  • Parfum oils

  • Diffusers

  • Room sprays

  • Lip balms

Once these items leave our care, we cannot resell or reuse them.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at
ceo@donnisecadwest.com
with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement

  • A store credit

  • A refund (if replacement is unavailable)

Books, Journals & Apparel

  • Books, journals, and apparel may be eligible for return only if unused and in original condition.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To request a return, email ceo@donnisecadwest.com with your order number and reason for return.

Pre-Orders & Limited Editions

All pre-order, custom, and limited-edition items are final sale and not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
